Why Youll Love the Takoon Cloud
Light, Compact, and Efficient
The Cloud combines lightweight Skytex construction with a compact, stable shape, giving riders a parawing that feels easy to fly, easy to manage, and efficient across a wide wind range.
Strong Upwind Ability
The optimized profile and intermediate aspect ratio help the Cloud drive upwind efficiently while still staying compact enough for easy handling and smooth foil riding.
Smooth Depower and Direct Control
The full carbon bar gives the Cloud a rigid, direct, and ergonomic feel. Smooth progressive depower lets you adjust power instantly as wind, speed, and direction change.
Easy Stowing on the Water
Balanced line lengths and clean bridle organization make the Cloud easier to pack down in a single motion when you are ready to focus fully on the foil and ride bumps or swell.
Performance Feel
Stable in Gusty Wind
The Cloud is designed for healthy, balanced behavior in unstable or gusty conditions. It stays composed while still giving enough response for precise foil control.
Sharp and Responsive Handling
Lightweight Skytex material helps the Cloud inflate quickly, react cleanly, and feel precise in the hands, especially in light wind and marginal conditions.
Comfort for Long Sessions
The ergonomic full carbon bar, smooth depower, and harness-line-ready layout help reduce rider fatigue during longer parawing sessions and upwind/downwind runs.
Clean Jibes and Fluid Maneuvers
Slightly curved tips help improve maneuverability and fluidity, giving the Cloud a stable and enjoyable feel through jibes, direction changes, and foil transitions.

Design Features
Optimized Parawing Shape
The Cloud uses an optimized profile with internal diagonals for strong profile support and fewer front bridles, creating precise, consistent, and responsive flight behavior.
Intermediate Aspect Ratio
An aspect ratio of 2.56 gives the Cloud a balanced feel between upwind performance, stability, compactness, and ease of handling.
Slightly Curved Tips
The curved tip outline improves maneuverability and fluidity, especially when jibing, turning, or repositioning the parawing while riding foil.
Balanced Line Lengths
Balanced lines create natural handling and make stowing easier on the water, helping riders move smoothly from powered parawing mode into pure foil glide mode.
Carbon Bar & Safety System
Full Carbon Bar
The included carbon bar is lightweight, rigid, and ergonomic, giving the Cloud a direct steering feel with comfortable grip and precise control in changing conditions.
Smooth Progressive Depower
The bar layout allows smooth and efficient depower so riders can instantly adjust power depending on wind strength, speed, foil angle, or chosen line through the water.
Integrated Safety System
The Cloud features a dedicated safety line system designed to neutralize power if the rider falls or loses the parawing.
Harness-Line Ready
The carbon bar is designed to accommodate a harness line, giving riders another way to reduce fatigue and improve comfort during longer parawing sessions.
Premium Skytex Materials
Skytex 32 g/m Canopy
The main canopy uses Porcher Skytex 32 g/m fabric for ultra-light response, fast inflation, smooth handling, and durable performance with anti-porosity treatment.
Skytex 40 g/m Internal Structure
Internal structural elements use Skytex 40 g/m fabric for added strength, dimensional stability, aerodynamic profile retention, and consistent load distribution.
Lighter Than Standard Fabric Builds
Takoon chose technical Skytex materials instead of standard heavier fabric to keep the Cloud lighter, more responsive, and more performance focused.
Built for Demanding Riders
The Cloud is Takoons more advanced Cloud concept, made for riders who want maximum performance, sharp handling, refined finish, and a premium parawing feel.
Setup & Practical Details
Color-Coded Bridles
Colored bridles and a clear line color system make the Cloud easier to untangle, organize, and prepare before getting on the water.
Effortless Deployment
The Cloud is designed to unfold quickly and resist knots even when wet or creased. A light pull on the lines helps the wing take shape and prepare for takeoff.
Easy Packing
The balanced line layout and compact design help simplify packing on the water, especially when transitioning from powered parawing riding into downwind foil glide.
Storage Bag Included
The Cloud comes with a practical wide-opening storage bag with room for the parawing and a pocket for accessories or a repair kit.
Cloud vs. Cloud One
Choose the Cloud If
Choose the Cloud if you want Takoons higher-performance parawing feel with Skytex materials, lighter weight, faster response, improved low-end efficiency, sharper handling, and a refined finish.
Choose the Cloud One If
Choose the Cloud One if you want a more accessible and forgiving entry point into parawing with simpler sizing and more value-focused construction.
Both Cloud models share the same general shape concept and full carbon bar feel, but the Cloud uses lighter and more technical Skytex materials for higher performance.
