NSI Garb Tie Downs are an alternate to regular rack straps. They have a unique bungee, hook and cleat sytem that allows you to tie your boards down faster than conventional rack straps.Basically one end is looped permanently to the far side of your rack and the other end has the hook which you loop around your roof rack and pull to tighten.
