Why this matters: The mast is the performance centerpiece of your foil setup. This bundle ensures it works perfectly with your chosen fuselagewithout compromises or improvised solutions.

Cedrus Evolution Aluminum Mast Overview

Evolution Aluminum is the worlds first and only tapered aluminum hydrofoil mast, engineered to deliver exceptional stiffness, low drag, and long-term durability. A proprietary welded construction eliminates loose hardware and water ingress common to conventional aluminum masts.

Weighing only about 1 lb / 0.5 kg more than Cedrus hollow carbon masts, Evolution Aluminum bridges the gap between Surf and Wind disciplines while surviving reef hits, travel abuse, and hard use.

Forged vs. Clydesdale

• Forged Aluminum: Low-drag, balanced performance for wing, surf, downwind, parawing, tow, and wind-powered foiling
• Clydesdale Aluminum: Maximum stiffness for very large foils, optimized for pump, dockstart, wake, beginner prone, and low-speed riding

Included Cedrus Mast Adapter

Each bundle includes a Cedrus Mast Adapter, precision-machined to connect your selected fuselage standard to the Evolution mast with a tight, load-ready fitmaintaining stiffness, alignment, and reliability under high load.
